Durgam Cheru “The secret Lake”

After a long time I am going to post some new pictures in my blog.

These are the pictures when I was in Hyderabad which I have uploaded now. One very fine morning my wife & I planned to go to Durgam Cheru “The secret Lake”. It was around 5-30am when Mona & I started from the home. We heard a lot about the beauty of Durgam Cheru but this was the first time to visit the beautiful lake.

It is located at a secret, charming location and is near to present day HITEC CITY. It is spread over an area of 63 acres. You can contact the visitor center at the lake by phone at +91-40-23110523 / 23555072. The Secret Lake opens from morning 6am to 7-30 pm.

By the time we reached there it was around 6.15 am. We thought of buying two tickets but the hard work needed there was to wake the ticket man up as he was sleeping. After little bit of efforts we got the tickets.

The real story starts when we went inside, we became wordless as the sight was awesome. The beauty was more than what we heard. Where ever you see you will see the greenery with lots of pretty and colorful flowers.

As I was amazed with the wonder of nature I clicked more than fifty pictures and really they all are stunning. We spend nearly 2 hours there, but still we wish to stay more.

Jagdalpur Day 3

On third day I went to a Dargha(Shrine) which is close to my home. While returning from there I saw big spiders in their large web. This was the most difficult task to get close with them and take snaps. Most of them were far from my reach but at last I managed to get few close-ups. But still I was in doubt of fear as they were big and seems bit dangerous.

The most stunning moment I have ever seen in my life that, two butterflies were making love. I was trying to capture this moment. But I don’t have any zoom camera to capture this stunning moment without disturbing them. But still I tried my best. When I went closer to them, they flew away. 3-4 times it happened. But finally I succeed.

Jagdalpur Day 2

2nd day again I went back to my granny’s backyard because I want some more appealing and poles apart pictures. Suddenly I saw a snail crawling slowly. This time my camera was giving me trouble, because of low battery and due to that I wasn’t able to get a desirable shot.

After charging the battery, again I started and this time I saw some drops hanging from leaf and trunk. I knew that, this would not be an easy task to focus a small drop of water with mobile camera. After dozen of clicks I got only 3-4 good shots, which I can use.

Jagdalpur Day 1

..This year I went to my native place to celebrate EID. I was in high spirits because after 2 years I am going to celebrate this festival at my home town. I stayed there for four days, and I utilized my holidays for photography too. Daily morning I woke up early for prayer and after that, I went out to get some good photographs for my blog.

On very fist day I choosed my granny’s backyard for photography. There were so many Varieties of plant in the garden. I got some good shots at morning time. I found that my mobile cam was unable to take close subject photograph in harsh sunlight. I was content, while clicking Dragonfly’s and spiders photos. I clicked so many shots but most of them were out of focus. But after several attempts I got it.
